Searight Residence - entry.

Searight Residence

The owner of this property had lived on the site in one of the last vacation cottages that started development of this area. Preserving the view of an upland neighbor generated a flat roof approach. The main level serves the living needs and includes two bedrooms. The upper level serves as the master suite and the basement has a playroom and exercise space. As the site is sloped and relatively narrow, the house steps down so the spaces on the street side can look through the forward spaces to the view. The street is narrow so guest parking was required on site.
