Albright Residence - exterior view of addition.

Albright Residence

This project consisted of taking a 1950’s era kitchen and a small bedroom and combining them into a kitchen/family room. An approximate 3 foot addition was added to the full length of the back of the house which allowed the installation of new greenhouse windows the full length of the kitchen/family room. A storage area was added in the rest of the addition.

The new kitchen included a new “U” shaped cooking area, built-in ovens, pantrys, and an office area. In the family room area built-in cabinets for the washer/dryer and entertainment area have been added to match the kitchen. Wood flooring was added to the remodel area that matched the existing flooring in the dining/living rooms. New recessed lighting was added for general use and task lighting was added over the new countertops.
